Formation History
DMT LAW was founded and is led by Lawyer Duong Thanh Minh, who has many years of practical experience in specialized legal fields. Before establishing DMT LAW, Mr. Minh served as a key regional lawyer for Southern Vietnam at DTLAW Law Firm LLC. Since June 2025, he has pursued the development of an independent legal brand with higher professional and service standards, which led to the formation of DMT LAW.
Although a newly established organization, DMT LAW inherits a value foundation built over many years, especially in the quality of its people. We bring together founding lawyers, associate lawyers, specialists, and collaborators with deep experience in corporate legal affairs, finance, banking, investment, insurance, as well as secured credit debt handling and recovery. The team also includes senior legal experts who previously worked at state regulatory agencies, litigation authorities, and experienced practicing lawyers.
