Overview

Typical Scope

• Criminal legal advisory immediately when signs of a case arise, including risk assessment and development of initial handling/remediation/mitigation plans;
• Support for clients in working with Investigation Authorities, Procuracies, Courts, and other competent agencies;
• Appointment of lawyers to defend and protect lawful rights and interests of suspects, defendants, victims, and related parties;
• Advisory and representation in criminal cases related to business, finance, credit, corporate governance, and duty-related matters;
• Legal advisory, legal communication strategy support, and legal crisis handling within legally permitted limits when criminal elements arise for commercial legal entities or individuals;
• Criminal risk-prevention advisory through review of internal processes, control mechanisms, and corporate compliance, as well as when individual-related requests arise.
