Overview

Typical Scope

• Introducing partners and investment locations; advising and preparing feasibility study reports;
• Advising on legal procedures for obtaining approvals/licenses in project establishment and implementation;
• Advising, drafting, and negotiating investment agreements, contracts, and legal instruments;
• Advising on practical project deployment, including for real estate projects: land recovery procedures, site clearance, project construction, and registrations with tax, insurance, and banking authorities;
• Advising on project adjustment, transfer, and termination.
