- Collecting, checking, and providing planning/policy information on real estate investment and business; identifying and introducing project locations;
- Advising, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating investment cooperation agreements and contracts in construction investment, including EPC contracts, and agreements/contracts on investment, financing, construction, transfer, and insurance related to real estate and construction projects;
- Advising and representing clients in obtaining approvals, permits, and necessary licenses for project establishment/deployment, as well as construction-related permits and conditions;
- Advising on preparation of bid documents, contractor selection, and contractor contracts;
- Advising on legal basis for project capital mobilization and transaction documents, and implementing capital mobilization;
- Advising and providing legal support during project operation, transfer, and completion;
- Advising and/or representing in negotiation, mediation, and resolution of conflicts/disputes (both out-of-court and in-court) related to real estate and construction projects, including disputes with property buyers and representatives of residents in apartment/urban projects.
